Screen Enclosure Extrusions/Plates

1 x 2 Extrusions
Our 1 x 2 extrusion is made of T6063 aluminum and is mainly used for the tops and bottoms of screen walls. They can also be used as stand alone frames for installing screens in existing porches with roofs. Powder coated.

2 x 2 Extrusions
Our 2 x 2 Extrusion is made of T6063 aluminum. Its main use if for side wall supports and for roof perlins. It is also used for stand alone screens when the width of the opening exceeds the width of the screen. Powder coated.

2 x 4 Extrusions
Our 2 x 4 extrusion is really ÒhalfÓ of 2 x 4 beam. When two, 2 x 4 extrusions are placed together, your form the full 2 x 4 beam. The reason for this separation of parts is to accomodate the installation process. The extrusion is made of T6063 aluminum and is mainly used for roof beams, but occasionally is used for side wall supports. Powder coated.
2 x 6 Extrusions -
Our 2 x 6 extrusion is really ÒhalfÓ of 2 x 6 beam. When two, 2 x 4 extrusions are placed together, your form the full 2 x 6 beam. Gutter Extrusions
Our Gutter Extrusion is 6 x 6 inches and attaches to the facia of your house. Your gutter is placed back inside the gutter extrusion. This allows the screen enclosure the support that is needed while letting you gutter system work properly. Gutter extrusion can be custom made for each job ad is priced by the foot. Powder coated.
Facia Plates
Facia plates are simply 1/8 inch aluminum plates that extend the facia of your house to better accomodate the screen enclosure. Facia plates are used in place of gutter extrusion if possible because they cost less. Priced by the foot and can be custom made for each job. Facia plate can also be cut to make brackets. Powder coated.
C- Channels
The size of the c-channel is 1.75 x 1.75 inches and is mill finished. C-channel is inserted into the end pieces of 2 x 2 to support guard rail where needed.
